REFUNDS

For any reason you need to cancel your holiday, you can with no issue as long as it is more than 60 days before the event. A full refund will be given minus a £15 admin charge.

If you cancel within 60 days of the event, no refund will be given. This includes if you need to cancel due to Covid. We recommend you take out UK travel insurance that will cover you. 

We can name change tickets free of charge  up until 7 days before the festival.
